Production
potential
We have a total of 12 factories in Europe and North America with a total area of 220,000 square meters. They are located in Poland, Croatia, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We are the only ones who have so effectively tailored their deployment, production capacity, certification scope and product range to the specifics of the markets they serve.
Each factory specializes in producing a different range of products and meeting different requirements, and all together form an efficient system of connections.

Technological
advantage
To ensure the highest quality products, we use state-of-the-art machinery from recognized manufacturers. The basis is the LISEC and HEGLA cutting lines, the LISEC assembling and blunting edge lines, and the GLASTON/TAMGLASS glass / pane tempering / toughening furnaces. They are complemented by BENTELER and HEGLA glass / pane machining lines and TMB's HST test furnaces.
We carry out particularly high-tech processes using the BENTELER laminated glass production line, SCHOLZ autoclave, and BÜRKLE, TESOMA, DIPTECH and TECGLASS machines for the production of enamelled glass / ceramic spandrells and printed glass. We help point our equipment suppliers in the right direction. We participate in the testing and implementation of new technologies. Based on the innovations introduced, we are constantly increasing and modernizing our machinery. This is how we gain and maintain a technological edge.

We are a partner of reputable window manufacturers who place high demands on their suppliers. Working with them requires us to ensure increased product quality, often involving additional certification procedures for components and modification of the manufacturing process to achieve better performance and an extended warranty period.
Our products comply with pan-European standards and North American country-specific regulations, as well as individual arrangements with Recipients. All European offerings comply with CE marking requirements, while US offerings comply with ASTM guidelines. All factories operate under ISO 9001 and 14001 quality management systems.

Currently, all institutes conduct dozens of inspection visits to our factories each year. Regardless, Recipients conduct their own individual internal audits at our factories.

We are a financially and organizationally independent company, so we offer products from all major suppliers: AGC Glass, Euroglas, Fenzi, Guardian, IGK Isolierglasklebstoffe, Pilkington, Rolltech, Saint-Gobain Glass, Technoform.
We provide independent and objective advice on the selection of components for our products. Our offer is shaped depending on the design of the finished product, the place of application, the assumed method of processing and the required lead time.We direct our products to the residential and commercial markets. We process glass for manufacturers of window and door joinery, facades and glazing and interior structures.

We are constantly increasing our production capabilities and optimizing the degree of production concentration. To date, we have produced more than 70,000,000 m² of glass.

Modern
logistics
We regularly deliver our products to Customers throughout Europe and North America. More than half of them have been working with us for more than 10 years. Products are transported to our customers for a total distance of more than 1,000,000 kilometers each month.
In Europe, we make up to 150 daily car shipments, with ferry crossings, over distances of up to 3,500 kilometers. We use our own means of transportation and cooperate with experienced international carriers. We also organize transatlantic sea container shipments and air shipments.
